We’re gathering to dive into proven channels that deliver scale and performance alongside the old playbook: from TV reimagined through Tatari, to platforms like Reddit and AppLovin. Hear from the CEOs shaping this shift and from marketers using these channels to scale what’s next.

2025 Speakers

Steve Huffman
CEO & Co-Founder, Reddit
Steve Huffman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Reddit, one of the largest online platforms in the world. Named one of TIME Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in Al, Huffman has led Reddit through its initial founding, rapid growth in users and advertisers, and, most recently, its IPO and first year as a public company. In 2006, Huffman sold the site and went on to launch another start-up through Y Combinator, an airfare search engine called Hipmunk. He returned to Reddit in 2015 to lead one of the biggest comeback stories in tech—making the platform safer, more welcoming, and more modern. Over the past 10 years, Huffman has led Reddit's evolution across its product (image and video hosting, new app, developer platform, Al-powered search) and ads business (Reddit Pro, AMA tools), growing the platform to over 100 million daily active users and over $1 billion in revenue in 2024.
Adam Foroughi
CEO & Co-Founder, AppLovin
Adam Foroughi is CEO of AppLovin where he leads vision and strategy. AppLovin makes technologies that help businesses of every size connect to their ideal customers. Adam’s unique blend of product acumen and creative thinking keeps the AppLovin team in motion. Under his leadership, AppLovin has grown to be a global, publicly-traded company, with offices around the world. He began his career as a derivatives trader, where he was inspired by scalable, data-driven trading models to create profitable results. Adam then founded two companies—Lifestreet Media and Social Hour—where he applied and expanded his knowledge of mobile technology. In 2018, Adam received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Allison Ellsworth
Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor, poppi
Allison Ellsworth is the Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor of poppi – the prebiotic soda brand revolutionizing soda for the next generation. Before founding poppi, Allison discovered the health benefits of apple cider vinegar but struggled with its taste, inspiring her to create a beverage that delivered benefits and great flavor. Allison and her co-founder/husband pitched poppi on Shark Tank, landing a deal that led to nationwide distribution and rapid growth, becoming Amazon’s #1 selling soda brand. Allison leads poppi’s overall brand and creative strategy, pioneering a digital-first approach that built a loyal community of over 850K followers and generated over 2 billion views on TikTok. poppi’s cultural cache has attracted celebrity fans including Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner, Billie Eilish, Russell Westbrook, and Jennifer Lopez.
